Helen Terry – Love Lies Lost (1984) / All Night Makes It Right (1986)

Helen Terry is a British singer who was well known as the backing vocalist for the pop band Culture Club in the early 80’s . She left the group to pursue a solo career in 1984, and in the same year, she released her first single “Love Lies Lost”, which she wrote in collaboration with Boy George and Roy Hay of Culture Club. The single made the top 40 in the UK charts.

In 1986 Helen released her first album “Blue Notes”, but it did not make the charts. In 2009, the “Blue Notes” album was re-released as a remastered limited edition CD with bonus tracks. Since the 1990’s Helen Terry quit singing professionally and is currently the executive producer for the British Music Awards. Helen had a fantastic voice, check out her songs below! You can find her solo work as well as her work with Culture Club on iTunes!
